Headquarters is owned by Rosemary Rasmussen who has been a hairdresser since 1955. After moving around for a number of years, working for others or owning her own salons, she opened a salon in Rockville and in 1985 she purchased the current location in Ravenna. Jane Sherman, who has been a hairdresser since 1974, joined Headquarters in 2009.
