M & M Ag Service was started in September 2002 by Joe Macek. Don Muegerl joined him in the business in October 2002. Joe and Don have ovr 65 years of John Deere Experience between them. They both grew up on farms southeast of Ravenna and both attended Ravenna schools. After graduation in 1972, Don attended Curtis Vocational Technical College. Joe graduated in 1981 and attended Hastings Community College. Both were employed by Kirschner Implement for many years. Joe's family include his wife Lela, stepchildren Greg and Victoria and foster children Josh and Rebeka. Don has two children, Jack and Kristina.
