Town & Country Bank
Town & Country Bank was originally founded in 1905 as Poole Siding Bank in Poole, NE. The bank moved to Ravenna and changed its name to The Ravenna Bank in 1932 when Ravenna was left without a bank due to the depression. The original building at 302 Grand Avenue served as home for the bank and several other businesses until it was remodeled in 1960. Other businesses that found a home in the bank building were a tailor shop, telephone office, cigar factory, attorney office, barber shop, newspaper office and much more. It was truly a one stop shop. In 1976 the bank moved to its present location of 423 Grand Avenue. Today you can still stop by and see the 8 rotunda murals depicting the days gone by of Ravenna and surrounding area. The murals were hand painted by Ron Lukesh. In 2003 The Ravenna Bank joined with The Pleasanton State Bank to become Town & Country Bank. The bank currently serves three other locations, Litchfield, Pleasanton and Kearney
