The Community Redevelopment Authority of the City of Ravenna, Nebraska has released two housing subdivisions in town. Pavia Heights and Solar Subdivisions combine to form 23 lots available for spec housing or homeowner building. All cul-de-sac lots, these upscale housing opportunities present eager homeowners with an opportunity for small town-living while staying within 30 minutes of additional amenities in both Grand Island and Kearney. These residential lots have water, sewer, and electric already installed and promise ease for those wanting to build. Nine lots are available at Pavia Heights with an additional 14 available within the Solar Subdivision. Grand ManorGrand-Manor
The Ravenna Housing Authority has nineteen affordable housing units. Five are two bedroom and fourteen are one bedroom. Although elderly or disabled applicants take preference, the Housing Authority will accept anyone. The Grand Manor offers off-street parking, paid utilities, and income-based rent.
