Seneca Sunrise LLC
Opened in 2001, Seneca Sunrise is located in a beautiful residential area within a safe walking distance to churches and downtown establishments. Staff provide safety and security in a relaxing environment for seniors who wish to maintain independence. The facility is licensed by the State of Nebraska for 50 residents and is Medicaid waiver certified. Locally owned and operated, licensed medication aids are on staff 24 hours a day. The facility offers assisted and independent care with registered and licensed practical nurses.

Grand Manor
The Ravenna Housing Authority has nineteen affordable housing units. Five are two bedroom and fourteen are one bedroom. Although elderly or disabled applicants take preference, the Housing Authority will accept anyone. The Grand Manor offers off-street parking, paid utilities, rent based on income with a minimum of $50 and maximum of $330 per month.
